Cool post, Have you ever tried intermited fasting? I have been working getting to it. It worked really well for my blood sugar, and I dropped 15 lbs over the 1 month I did it. Not sure if you heard of it. The plan I did was Eating for only a 8 hour period, then 16 hours you don't eat anything. It's hard to get use to, yet when you do. You feel awesome.
