INGREDIENT FOR WHITE RICE CAKE(masa)
White rice( local rice)
Sugar
Salt
Yeast
Water
Onions
Baking powder
SOUP
Cabbage
Carrot
Green beans
Onions
Pepper
Maggi
Curry
Thyme
Salt
Oil
Meat
Procedure for Rice cake
Get your rice, Wash it, soak the rice for 30mins,
and grind it. Then add yeast, sugar, salt,baking powder and onions depending on the quantity you want, then stir it. Cover the grinded rice for Sometimes to swell. Get a cauldron(kasko) add oil and put on fire allow it to get hot, then add grinded mix rice to fry. In the process of frying u turn it well to fry.
SOUP
Get your veggies such as cabbage, carrot, green beans, tomatoes,and onions wash them with salt. Slice the veggies to your choice of size and blend the pepper. Put a pot on fire add oil to hot, add the pepper, tomatoes and onion to fry some minutes. Add green beans first then carrot to stem, add the Maggi, salt, curry, thyme stir to mix well. Finally add the cabbage then cover the pot for 2 minutes to stem. Take it off the fire ready for dishing.
