I think Besly is not alone in such frustrating situation, many of us probably have found ourselves cornered by our bosses with simply have you got a solution?

Some company even expects their employees to have a solution suggestion when they voice concern. Else that concern is invalid as the one raising has no idea about how to go about solving it. Many times the group of people who attain "boss" status through promotion forgets they too have to solve problem and not simply waiting for solution.
