Below is my five minute #freewrite on today's prompt: baggie

I'm still on the road, so the only baggie I had was this one filled with trail mix that Debbie prepared for our trip. I really like the sesame stixs, but Deb doesn't like it when I pick them out. Debbie puts everything in baggies, candy, cat food, and even jewelry. We have almost every size available in baggies. I try to reuse them, but she doesn't like to use them more than once. Sometimes I just put water in them then freeze them, instant cold pack. I hope you all had a wonderful Sunday, it was in the high 70°s this morning, that makes this trip worth while. 😁https://steemit.com/freewrite/@mariannewest/day-702-5-minute-freewrite-sunday-prompt-baggie

I used my Death Splinter to battle my quests today, but I still picked up a gold foil card.

Since I was a little kid, it always bugged me when people picked out certain things from a mix. I do admit however, to picking out only the black jelly beans from the mix, but I swear I only do it with jelly beans. Besides, the rest of the my family hates the black ones.
I love the black ones too @toddrjohnson

I start with one piece eat all those than choose the second its fun and good eating
Now that would make the bag last longer @brittandjosie 😁

I use baggies too and we reuse all of them several times. Food etc I put in tuperware, same with fork, sppons, knives but I still put a bag around it. Same with clothes, combs, toothbrushes.
I guess she likes the seam too 👍💕
Happy traveling and Monday.
Exactly @wakeupkitty, I like to reuse everything at least once if I can.

Oh well, plastic bags are hard to be fully cleaned, so I can understand why she doesn't like to reuse them..meanwhile at home we always use tupperware (just think of hard plastic boxes with airtight lids). They are more reusable, more colourful, but still is equally bad when it comes to washing them after filling them with slightly oily things, maybe I should try a lot of lemons next time for the cleaning...
Lemons might work @lilacse, we love our Tupperware.

I use a combination of plastic baggies and containers to store food items.
Though containers are far more better foe the environment
It's hard to be good all the time, when packing for our trip we used baggies @ireenchew.
