Last week I received an assignment to think about what I should achieve after 4 years and place it in a mood board. I have written 5 goals of which I will share 1 with you. One of my main goals is to have multiple income sources. Why? Because I don't want to go through what my parents went through. My parents were not highly educated. They had to work at the age of 16 to help the family. They told me how difficult it was to go to school in China. My father was a joker, in every class he was in, he had to redo a year. Just think how many years this man has lost in school. He has taken the opportunity to travel to Suriname to earn more money so that he can send it to his family. He lived with his cousin, and had to raise the chickens and docks every morning at 6am, then he had to go to work. He then told me how much he earn a month. USD 200 that was quite little for now, but then it was a lot of money.
After hearing all this from my father, I told myself that I am not going to take the same path as my father. I want to go on my own path. So I did my research to see how people get rich to survive in this world. All those who are quite well off had more than one income each month. So I tried to do a business while I was working but unfortunately failed. But based on the mistakes I've made, I'll definitely correct the next one. Money is a means of satisfying man's needs. But it's not always like that because with money you can't buy the time and love.
