I only think of one thing now, a kiss that changed everything. A kiss that led to my beautiful marriage and wonderful little boy.
It was the kiss that made us realise that we were not crazy because we realised that we were in love. We come from opposite ends of the world, but we have come together.
I came to Dubai and we spent the week getting to know and love each other. That was during the Christmas week. I had to go back to England, which was difficult. I was never the same.
I researched, and found out, even if we ever got married, immigration laws are such, that it is not easy to bring your wife to the UK. That left one solution if we were going to be together.
I came over to live in the United Arab Emirates and then got some work. We got married and had a beautiful baby. His name is Robbie.
It is one kiss that can change the course of your whole life.

Aww, I love this! :-) Wonderful story! It's such a shame that immigration laws get in the way of marriages. So happy that you two were able to find happiness!
If we really did want to live in UK, we can probably find a way, but the laws make it very difficult. We are happy living in the UAE for now. Thank you for reading. :-)
