Kung Fu show is what I wear for my qigong practice and exercise several times a week. Incidentally, my sifu and I ahve been looking for a new pair for both of us and we looked around shops in the shopping mall oppisite my house but could not find a suitable pair
What is so special about my kung fu show? Nothing so special in terms of quality and design. In fact, it is a very low quality shoe comparatively. It is made from common canvas and the shape is nothing special.
However, the criteria for my kung fu show has to be comfortable, soft, and with a flat sole. Why is it a flat sole?
Firstly, the shoe is not subjected to running or jumping, therefore, it does not need a cushion or air-vented sole. Secondly, the wear and tear of the sole is not likely heavy those a thin and flat sole is not an issue. thirdly, a flat and thin sle is most desired as the foot contact to the ground should be as close as possible.
A canvas type of kung fu shoe meet the three criteria. This type of show also common used by students or kids whose feet grow fast as their age. So, frequent change of show will not burden some family.
