RE: Ending the Debate on Government Healthcare

in #freedom7 years ago

People who are extremely poor are incapable of buying their own healthcare. People with disabilities who are ineligible for social welfare and cannot work will not be able to pay healthcare. Poor people can fall into the sinkhole of poor health and never get out.

It's not about people being entitled or having some kind of inherent right to healthcare, it's about what kind of society you want to live in. Should we only educate the rich since the poor can't afford good education since the market may not be capable of providing this? Maybe. Do you want to live in a country overflowing with poor, uneducated and unhealthy people? A country hindered by crime, disease and ignorance?

I don't. That's one reason I pay taxes in order to help those less fortunate.

I tell you what Walaoeh......
Instead of telling people what to do to change the world, YOU BECOME a DOCTOR and you can treat who you want for free.

Understanding FREEDOM is NOT about telling people what to do!

I work at several clinics. I treat patients on the daily basis. Poor people eat poor food and really don't care about their health. Even when I tell them to eat properly and focus more on nutritional health, which is the cheapest way and most effective way to stay healthy but GUESS what? THEY DON'T LISTEN!
