If you are subject to Regulations then you are owned.
The reason a slave is a slave is because he is owned.
If you read those old cases prior to the civil war about slavery, the debate was ALWAYS over property rights.
The US Constitution says that Congress shall have power to regulate "other property of the United States" and Canadian statutes say that you are owned if you are subject to regulations.
Evidence of your ownership is when they assault you with speed limits which are regulations. Taxes are regulations.
All "rules of the road" are regulations.
As a part of ownership the owners have the right to do anything they want to their property including disposing of their property, or cutting it up and selling off the pieces.
