I am a proud member of the Freedom Movement. Most people believe that this movement began in 2008 when Ron Paul sought the Republican nomination for president.

One thing I noticed abut the movers and shakers in the alt-right, which used to be libertarian, is that they all came in as a result of Ron Paul '08. They quite literally have no idea what it was like to be a libertarian when the movement was under the radar and routinely defamed.
