You should check it out, I don't know how oppressive the regime in Poland is, but here they just love to take advantage of folks with driver's licenses.
I have been here 4 years, and never been stopped by the police, it is nothing like even the UK here. I have lived in Thailand where the police love to stop visitors, they extort 300 baht from them, around $8 and let you go, but here nothing, the UK is quite bad, cars are big revenue for speeding and fines in general. And regarding the USA yes I have seen the videos of police harassment via wake up world and other sites, not sure how you can get back to normal there, but one thing is for sure, it was not like this in the west, when I was younger.
We only go back to 'normal' when folks reject rule by force.
As long as they hurry up to obey bullies, we get this.

Everybody paid, I wanted to not understand Spanish, but eventually paid when he said 'take you to the judge', and went on about my day.
