I moved from Germany to Costa Rica and I already feel more free. But my mind still doubts and I can see the negative impact of such thinking following in the days to come. My mind often spinds around possibilities like: "What would I do in this or that terrible situation?". Then the downwards spiral begins and 5 minutes later I am waking up from this horror story and I tell myself "Nope, this is not how it will happen. All cool". I think the only reason why I am still living quite well although being poor is my basically positive view at the world. It is like heart and mind have a constant battle with each other.

Wünsch dir alles Gute da drüben! :-)

Haha, danke. :)

Being awake is a great burden...

@craig-grant, I admire the 'being now' philosophy. I will try to get the Now is true book. I love the bit about 'dealing with reality and not being lost in the imagination'. Thanks for the update.

Good going craig.... nice to see your posts... thanks

Greetings Craig, I like your video. I had to write a comment as you made a statement about '...believing is automatically false...' I have read a few books on the power of belief, however the way you phrased it I now say,
"Belief" can be powerful, but "Knowing" is supreme...

Great thoughts Craig
Thanks

great

"NOW is true" is very inspirational and spiritual book, with some amazing pictures of Yuliana , showing how to live in the present moment.

Great video man! Glad to hear you are so positive all the time. I agree that fear holds people back

@craig-grant

Now is know originally in time-space and matter. I will like to introduce us all to a Now which is not the one in time but the one which has always been, will always be; God's Eternal and unchanging Now is known as the beauty of his opinion about us.
What is that opinion [Now]?
You are already accepted, blessed, special, healed, favored by Him, independently of what you can offer.
What is our now?
The immediate time, season or period in which we are; we are living with our daily need and expectations within our hearts which is also framed by the pressures we are exposed to in the season or period of our now.

I gotta get my hands on that book

@craig-grant You mentioned being detached and although most people think that means "not caring" -- it doesn't have to mean that, if that is not what it means to you.. This is how I see it: True detachment allows for an even deeper involvement in the experience of "now." Because you lack "attachment" to the outcome.

Personally, some of the most powerful moments in my life were those that I decided to fully experience my life in the "now" without any preconceived expectations of the future (which I couldn't control anyway).

I think it is wonderful to become fully emotionally immersed AND (at the same time) recognize that you can step outside of the "character" of you in that "now" and be objective, if you want to be. The emotions in those moment are just as "real" as your dreams, goals, and plans. THIS ability to recognize that you can step outside and reflect AND -- to NOT attach "who you are" to any desired outcome — is what true detachment is in my opinion.

I took a look at NOW=01 & I'd like more clarification on using people as tools. I heard that from someone very wise. That people are either a tool or a weight.
