And it's kind of random, in the sense that it can change according to the mood.

Respect the macros, free the micros.
You don't have to run every morning - You have to do cardio.
You don't have to read the same book every night - You have to read.
You don't have to eat chicken every lunch - You have to eat protein.
Got the point?
Run, bike, swim, do jumping jacks in the living room.
Normalize reading 2 or 3 books at the same time. Read a report once in a while.
Give the chicken a break. Attack the lentils and the salmon.
It's easier to keep the discipline when we feel we have a choice, we feel free and enjoy life! The results will come and the enthusiasm will stay!
