Downhill

You decided to take the animal trail that takes you down quite a steep slope. Thankfully it has not been raining or the tree roots would have been wet and slippery. The tree roots serve as stepping stones safely down the hill.

At the bottom, you notice a massive clearing that shows the front of an old 1920s brick house. Veins are covering the bricks of the house. All the windows are still intact and covered in dust. It must have been many years since light has passed through them.

In front of the house, you see a sign that reads “forbidden,” in brass lettering. There appears to be another word it is however unreadable “_ O _ K _ _ .” There are other signs around the yard but you are unsure what they say either “W _ _ _ I _ _ ,” and “ _ B_ _ K.”

No one has been here for decades.

It looks like no one will be coming to pick up your league out of your car for the night. Granted you are not exactly sure where it is anymore with how dense the surrounding forest is. You are certain you walked for a while to get here but time seems to have forgotten this place.

You decided to walk up closer to the house as it is getting late and you need a place to seek shelter for the night. At least you think it is night.
