Premier League Club Votes to Close Transfer Window before the Start of 2018/2019 Season

Official: Premier League teams have voted to close the summer transfer window before the season starts, effective from 2018/19.

What it means is that pl have until the Thursday preceding EPL first match of the season and also that EPL teams can still sell players to other leagues after that date and time.

So effectively signing in will be done 5pm Thursday before the epl and players to be sold especially to other leagues can leave within after the said date.

This way EPL teams have all newly signed players beginning the league season with their respective clubs.
