Paris Saint Germain striker, Kylian Mbappe on Sunday night broke a long standing record of 45 Seasons in the Ligue 1.
The French youngster who hit four goals in the league game against Lyon became the first young player in 45 seasons to score 4 goals in a Ligue 1 game.
It was Mbappe's first home league game of the season after returning from suspension, following his sending off against Nimes in September and he wasted no time in showing the fans what they had been missing.
Mbappe who was named the Best Young Player at the FIFA World Cup in the summer scored a hatrick in eight second half minutes after earlier winning a penalty which Neymar converted to give PSG the lead and added his fourth few minutes later.
The former Monaco man is also on the verge of becoming the first player to retain the Golden Boy award for the Best Young Player in the world.
The victory means Thomas Tuchel's side became the first side in the Ligue 1 history to win its first nine opening games and they go eight points clear at the summit
Mbappe is one of the best. He deserves everything he has.
