Latest rumors from the Premier League suggest that former Manchester United forward Cristiano Ronaldo might return to the club. These reports suggest that Ronaldo might want to end his career at Bernabeu but has informed the club that he knows about the interest from United.
However, Real Madrid are interested in Eden Hazard and Robert Lewandowski and this might turn into Ronaldo leaving the club after 9 years in Madrid.

It is definitely not impossible. There have been rumors throught last summer where he's been liked with United. Especially if Real loses to Juventus in the quater finals of CL as taht would be a nail in teh coffin for Real's season.
I think it is highly possible.
