Les presento un delicioso postre elaborado en mi empresa.
Consiste en una torta de chocolate rellena con crema pastelera de chocolate, nueces y almendras, su cubierta es de fondant de almendras y posee ciertos detalles de merengue frances.
Las columnas del castillo fueron elaboradas con pastillaje y conos de barquillas, todo totalmente comestible.
Tambien podemos apreciar en la fotografia una riquisima gelatina de varios sabores mezclados entre una gelatina de leche condensada.
