Ah yes when I find good ways to make quick food that ends up being tasty, that is a victory. It doesn't replace making it from scratch as I love to evolve the recipe and customize the flavour, but a victory nonetheless! I am really liking the Curry sauces that come in a jar recently. Not as good as scratch but good in a pinch.
