A Glass of Coffee, a Bowl of Noodles and a Pile of Islands in Geurutee aceh

Every corner of Aceh land has a different form of exoticism. Enchanting sea views from this Geurutee peak height for example. Is a piece of nick of heaven attached by God to Earth. In the middle of last year after Idul Fitri, I and my family came here to enjoy the view.

Not far from Banda Aceh, maybe about 50-60 kilometers. Can be taken approximately one hour drive by four-wheeled vehicles. Walking along the coast to the south west of Aceh is an experience that gives its own impression.

On the left and right we can see different scenery. On the left is dominated by green and hilly. To the right of the wavy blue sea that culminates in the skyline. We left after the zuhur from Banda Aceh. Incidentally it was rambutan season. On the way we had stopped somewhere to buy rambutan. Some residents are also seen peddling their durian on the side of the road at several separate points.

As I write this down, I can see the madness of a friend. Cyclists too. The desperate cycling alone from Banda Aceh to Geurutee with a bottle of mineral water. Sometimes being crazy is a pleasure in itself.

Arriving at the top of Geurutee we immediately docked to one of the taverns that were there. Quiet. Probably because the holiday is over. We are free to sit in which store. But because of more strategic considerations, we chose a store that fits on top of the hill. Here our eyes can freely and wildly look at a pile of islands in the distance at sea. That is Lamsujen Island.

Lamsujen was originally part of the mainland, then separated and became an island after the December 24, 2004 tsunami. Hearing this story from the proprietor of the store makes the heart glorify the greatness of God. In the past there was a residential neighborhood and even an elementary school building.

The shop is managed by a married couple. Soon they served us kindly. They offer simple menus available there such as instant noodles, coffee, and sachets. I myself chose a cup of black coffee and a bowl of instant boiled noodles.

The day was covered with a little cloudy, the choice of coffee and instant noodles into a complete menu. I devoured both of them in turns with favors. For me, coffee always gives a different sensation of favors. Although the coffee available there is a streaked coffee tube.

For me, coffee is not just a beverage drowsiness. But the imagination generator in the birth of children's imagination. Each gulp is a story that never finds an ending.
