Hello Steemians!! Ready for another yummy treat? Here we go!

Banana Turon or banana spring roll is one of Filipinos favorite merienda (snack).

It's very easy to cook and very affordable. All you needs is a banana (preffered variety is SABA), Spring roll wrapper and sugar. Some may use butter or margarine as alternative to sugar.

Cut the banana into half, place it in the spring roll wrapper, add your sugar or margarine. Deep fry. And there you have it! Perfect for kids and kids at heart.
