It actually tasted REALLY good! The flower just have a sort of earthy flavor. They don't affect the taste of the noodles THAT much. But the seasoning in that dish was fantastic. I have no idea what was in it, because that picture isn't one that I cooked myself...it was from a restaurant where the whole menu was in Thai!!
