Ini bukan ikan bakar biasa. Hanya ada di Kuala Jambo Aye, di dekat TPI Teupin Kuyuen Kecamatan Seunuddon kabupaten Aceh Utara. Di sinilah komunitas Kawepost, tempat berhimpunnya para mancing mania, sering menggelar acara bakar ikan.
Foto ini saya ambil beberapa waktu lalu, saat acara bakar ikan bersama. Mula-mula kami mencari kayu bakar, menyiapkan tungku pembakaran dan panggang dari ranting kayu. Ikan hasil pancingan yang masih segar-segar. Ada kerapu, kakap, dan bawal putih. Wuiihh....gurih benar.
Menikmatinya tentu saja di tepian Kuala, sambil badan dibelai-belai angin Utara yang datang dari lautan. Tentu sangat amat jauh berbeda dengan menikmati ikan bakar di restoran, meskipun restoran kelas bintang lima.
