Nice bolognese! How did you use the meat? I usually see "bolognese" with meatballs around the world, while in Italy there are no meatballs, but just minced meat!
„Real“ bolognese is like a ragout with minced beef
First of all, I simmer the vegetables with butter for one hour at low temperature, then I turn up the heat and fry the vegetables with the tomato paste and then comes the minced beef
