Hello Steemit Friends,
How could you ask for more when someone to offer you these foods? It's a cold evening right now in the Philippines all I want right now is a hot sizzling "Sisig". So if you might ask, what the hell is "Sisig"? Well, it basically main ingredients are ground pork and of course lots of spices. These spices would depend on your preferable taste, which means you can custom your own "Sisig" style that will fit your taste. The other dish is a very hot "Sinigang" which is made from pork, mainly fats. It also has lots of vegetables for a healthy food and it is served with hot soup. According to old people in our country, they used to eat these kinds of dishes and it helps them prolong their life. I was told by a hundred-year-old man who lives nearby. Us Filipinos love to eat these together with rice, of course, what do you expect, we're Asians. LOL
Do you like "Sisig and Sinigang"? Do you have something like these in your country? For some remote and non-remote areas, I believe you do. So, I would be really happy if you can share it with me and with other readers. You never ask but I love experimental cooking. LOL Anyway drop a comment below and lemme know your thoughts.
