Its monday again.
This buko pandan was made by a certain restaurant in Mckinley Hill Taguig, I forgot the name of the restaurant. Hahaha sorry about that. What's special about this dessert is the peppermint and the ice cream on top of it. It was a mixture of sweet and menthol its kind of relaxing.
