LECHON! One of the Filipino foods. The head alone weigh almost 4 kilos. We marinated it with fresh milk and grilled it using the stove for 4 hours, and in fairness we achieved the crispiness of the skin which what we want.

Yes fresh milk to achieved the red color of the lechon and also added salt and pepper too.
