I made this photo of one the delicious food called fufu with egwusi soup prepared with bitter leaf. This kind of food is widely eaten by the Eastern part of Nigeria. It gives them enough energy to carry out any manual job that requires physical energy.I just use it as my entry for the daily contest run by @photocontests.
