Beetroot HALWA

Who does not want to test new new food item, specially when it is Sunday. To day is Sunday. And this Sunday I prepare a dish called Beetroot Halwa.

If you want to eat something sweet after your lunch or dinner, then beetroot halwa is a good choice. It is a traditional Indian desert and it is healthy as well. Indians prefer halwa rather than juices or smoothies. Beetroots are full of antioxidants and vitamins like vitamin A. It is a good source of manganese as well. We can put dry fruits in it as well. Dry fruits provide enough of folic acid and omegas (3 and 6). Ghee or clarified butter is a great source of energy. It mobilizes fat cells. It is very tasty as well.

How to make this dish and what will be the necessary things? (Ingredients)

Ingredients:-

  1. Beetroot- 1 kg.
  2. Ghee / Butter- 100 gm.

  6. Almond- 25 gm.
  7. Milk- 250 gm.
