Yushoken's Tsukemen Tokusei - favorite dish

My wife and I have conflicting schedules that it is hard for us to go on a date. However, the universe would once-in-a-while would give us a window of opportunity at lunchtime. So where to better to spend that precious time but in what we consider as Metro Manila's top ramen place, Ramen Yushoken.
