Making Blackberry Jam

One of my favorite summer activities back in my forester days was picking a bunch of blackberries and bringing them home to make jam with. Basically all you do is boil them down, add sugar and pectin, then put the mix in a jar to cool. ::drool::

Thanks :) These were all wild, it was always a challenge getting them without stabbing myself. They do indeed take forever to grow, I must have driven by them a million times before they were ready to be picked.
