Las delicateses que mostraré a continuación son muy tradicionales para los zulianos por su creación o adopción de otras áreas.
1.- La fotografía que se anexa a continuación se observan todos los que elabore. (Tequeños, Pastelitos, Ponquesitos, Churros, Brazo gitano)
2.- TEQUEÑOS: Los tequeños no pueden faltar en una reunión familiar en el ZULIA. Son muy fácil de hacer, solo necesitas harina de trigo, levadura, queso y aceite, ah y un ayudante para que le de al rodillo.
3.- PASTELITOS: En esta oportunidad los pastelitos los elabore con carne molida y queso.
4.- PONQUESITOS: Los ponquesitos son de chocolate, utilice, harina, chocolate, levadura.
5.- CHURROS: Los churros no son dulces típicos de los Zulianos pero se han convertido en un dulce muy buscado y provocativo.
6.- BRAZO GITANO: El brazo gitano es un dulce muy bueno, pero no muy económico para su preparación porque se utiliza mucho Arequipa y leche condensada.
