It's food related and if you like healthy and natural ingredients you'll find it interesting.
Here's the first one I picked.

Fresh and clean.
Breadcrumbs, eggs and some salt.
A couple minutes of deep frying and that's it.
Hot out of pan.
Just a couple of potatoes and the dish is ready to serve.
And here is another batch for tomorrow.
This time porcini.

Mushrooms were collected on the slopes of forests in Slovenia.
They look delicious @cyclamen. I could just eat some of those now. 😁
Hmm a "Parasol" yummy, nice mushrooms you found. I would like to find some too. but in the last ime i didn't see any. For Photography reasons i would like to find a fly agaric mushroom. The red color of it is so beautiful.

I have had the opportunity to eat mushrooms and I really love it, mushrooms are not produced here, and the few that are obtained are imported, I had the opportunity to try them in Madrid, which present fantastic, the recipe is very easy to make and mouth water is made to see them with those potatoes.
