Ham and Pineapple
Perfect for leftovers
Cubed fresh pineapple
Glazed Ham, cubed

Honey Mustard
Cook the ham according to directions, but usually, about 12 minutes per pound if it is already fully cooked, or 13-15 minutes per pound, at 325ºF if it is not cooked. (Internally about 150ºC) I cook mine about 2/3 first while covered with foil, then, remove the foil and ADD Glaze Cube the ham, after cooking and cooling.
Simply Skewer the pineapple cube, then ham, then pineapple, then ham. Arrange around a center dish containing the honey mustard.

I love ham and pineapple. I never knew what fresh pineapple was like until I bought some myself as an adult. Now, it is the only way to eat pineapple for me. What a difference in flavour.
