One of the Filipino dish I am craving the most is pancit or noodles. Each province has unique way of cooking pancit but one thing is for sure it is delicious. This dish is always on the table specially during birthdays and even call it "pampahaba ng buhay", or eating pancit makes you live longer (just a superstitious belief).
As far as i know pancit is both associated with Filipino and Chinese cooking . The main ingredients is the noodles made out of rice, mix with your desired vegetables and choose your toppings from meat, shrimp and chicken. This dish is quick and easy to cook. A dish always present in every occasions.
