Dulce de Lechoza

💕RECETA DULCE DE LECHOZA(PAPAYA)

INGREDIENTES:
1kilo de lechoza verde
1kilo de azúcar
1cta y 1/2 de Bicarbonato de Sodio
5 clavitos de olor

PROCEDIMIENTO:
-Cortar la lechoza en láminas un poco gruesas (referencia dos dedos).
-Remojar las laminas de lechoza en agua con las cucharaditas de bicarbonato por 6 horas,luego deshechar esta agua.
-Llevar a fuego medio la lechoza con agua hasta solo cubrirla, el azucar y El clavo de olor. Cocinar 1 hora y media o mas dependiendo de la contextura o verdor que tenga la lechoza y hasta vea que tome un color doradito.
