Let's make egg nihari which is spicy and tasty.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 nutmeg
1.5 mace
1 star anise
2 black cardamom
3 green cardamom
4 cloves
2 Cinnamomum
1 tsp cumin
1.5 tbsp coriander seeds
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 bay leaf
1.5 cup oil
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp salt
1.5 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
Firstly we will prepare the spices of our dish. 1/2 nutmeg, 1.5 mace, 1 star anise, 2 black cardamom, 3 green cardamom, 4 cloves, 2 Cinnamomum, 1 tsp cumin, 1.5 tbsp coriander seeds, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1 bay leaf. We will roast these spices for 2 minutes in pan on low flame then we grind it.
Add 1.5 cup oil in pan and then add 2 medium size onion. We will cook it for 2-3 minutes and then we will add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste.
Add 1 tsp salt, 1.5 tsp red chili powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric. Cook it for 1-2 minutes on low flame. Add 3-4 tbsp water.
Take out 1/2 cup oil from pan. We will use it in the end.
Now add boiled egg and cook it for 3-4 minutes and then add grinded spices. Add 1.5 cup water and cook it for 5-6 on high flame.
Add 2 tbsp wheat flour for thickness. and in last add the oil which you separated earlier.
