Today we will make chicken karahi. It is super fast to make. You can make it in few easy step.
INGREDIENTS
Chicken 1 kg
8 tbsp yogurt
Tomato 1/2 kg
1 tbsp ginger paste
2 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chili flakes
1 tsp cumin powder
1/4 turmeric powder
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 garam masla powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp crushed and roasted coriander
1/2 crushed and roasted cumin
dry fenugreek
chopped ginger
lemon juice 2 tbsp
1 tsp salt
1/2 oil
Add 1/2 oil in your crockery. The crockery should be preheated. Now add chicken 1 kg. Cook it on high flame.
When chicken water get dry out. Add 4 tbsp yogurt. Cook it on 5 min on high flame.
Add chopped tomato 1/2 kg. Saperate the peel of tomato. And 2-3 medium size green chili. 1 tsp salt. Cook it for 9-10 minutes.
Add 1 tbsp ginger paste, 2 tbsp garlic, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tsp red chili flakes, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1/4 turmeric powder, 1 tsp chaat masala, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1/2 garam masla powder, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp crushed and roasted coriander, 1/2 crushed and roasted cumin. Cook it on high flame.
Again add 4 tbsp yogurt. Now we will cook it on medium flame.
In the end spread dry fenugreek, coriander, chopped ginger, lemon juice 2 tbsp. Mix it.
And your delicious recipe is ready.
