Yesterday, after playing badminton with my sister in law, we decided to make something refreshing. We made Avocado Shake. It’s perfect after sweating a lot.
Avocado is considered as one of the power fruits that offers many health benefits. It’s a great source of vitamins and minerals. Also, it is rich in healthy fats.
INGREDIENTS
4 medium avocado, sliced and pit removed
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup condensed milk
sugar
2 cups crushed ice
PROCEDURE
- Pour in the avocado, condensed and evaporated milk in a blender.
- Pulse until the avocado mixture is thick and smooth.
- Add more sugar if you want it sweeter.
- Add the crushed ice and blend well.
- Serve in a glass and enjoy!
