Who loves pasta here? Almost all people does, right? Now who loves some veggies on that pasta? Probably people who are health conscious maybe or simply people who loves vegetables.

Here's another way to create a delicious vegetable pasta. I discovered this through my younger brother and he even made us one and we loved it. :)

We need the ff:

4 cloves of garlic
2 medium sized onion
a 180 gr pack of pesto sauce (we used the spicy one) or you can create your own sauce according to him
250 gr linguine pasta
100 grams Laing (or Natong) it is a spicy dish that is Coconut milk (or cream) based with dried taro leaves
Basil leaves (optional)

Procedure:

Sauce:

Mince the onion and garlic. Saute.

Put in the pesto sauce.

Add in the Laing.

Mix well with the pesto sauce and serve with the cooked pasta.

Preparing the pasta is the same process.

Let water boil after putting some salt and oil.

Then add pasta until cooked then drain.

And mix with the sauce, sprinkle some basil if you prefer, it will give a semi minty flavor.

And enjoy. :) It substitutes rice with pasta and it's very healthy too. I hope you can taste this too, it's surprisingly yummy and enjoyable to eat. :)
