Falafel are very popular Egyption food,It is benifit food and easy prepare.
Ingredients:
4 cups bean crusty peeled
3 teaspoon cumin coarsely ground
2 teaspoon dried coriander ground
2 teaspoon baking powder

1 large onion, chopped finely paracha
5 green onions, grated finely by corrupt
5 garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 cup parsley, finely chopped (half a bunch)
1/2 cup finely chopped coriander, green

1 cup vegetable oil, for frying
Salt to taste

1/2 cup tahini (sesame paste)

Method of preparation:
