Express breakfast, mini pizza

 Hello steemians, wanna share my quick breakfast, I have black bread (more precisely gray), you can take your favorite option. 

 Basic ingridients: chicken eggs - 2 pcs. sausage, greenery, tomatoes, salt, pepper, vegetable oil -  according to your taste ) bread - 2 pieces 

 Step 1

 Take 2 crusts of bread and free from crumbs. 

 Step 2

 Lubricate with the oil (especially the edges), add eggs, salt and pepper

 Step 3

 Crumble the chopped sausage, greens. Corner decorate with a slice of tomato.

 Step 4

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until the eggs are ready.
