Yotaro’s Food Travel Report Vol.2　〜 September 2018 〜

Hello!
It's time for "Yotaro's Food Travel Report"! !

In this report, I will introduce shops in Noto Peninsula in Ishikawa Prefecture!
The Noto Peninsula took more than two hours by car from Kanazawa! !

Although it was difficult to go, there was a wonderful encounter for that!
I will show you two memorable shops! !

1.Flatt

The first thing I visited was "Flatt", an Italian restaurant and a “bed and breakfast”(Japanese Minsyuku)!
Here this place can be eaten delicious Italian cuisine, but this time it was a visit with a different purpose! !

It was to get "Ishiri” which is a famous item of Noto!
"Ishiri” becomes soy sauce made from fish! !

Noto Peninsula has lots of wonderful fermented foods!
However, "Flatt’s Ishiri" had listened to the deliciousness which is out of the group!

I actually tried tasting but ...
It was an impression that "the umami of fish is condensed in salty"!

It was a dish that felt greatly the wonder of Japanese fermented foods! !

2.Nizami Coffee

Later to "Flatt”, I went to the cafe next!
That cafe will be "Nizami Coffee"! !

This cafe will be a nationally famous shop!
Coffee fans will be cafes gathered from all over the country! !

Because it is too popular cafe, it was made into a movie several years ago!
The secret of popularity was in the taste of coffee and the atmosphere of cafe! !

For coffee, I ordered the classic "Nizami blend coffee”!
Balanced bitter and rich, it was a very easy to drink coffee! !

Also, I also felt banana parfait, so I ordered it!
The combination of banana, fresh cream, and caramel, matched very well! !

Even this alone is wonderful, but the inside of the store was decorated with artistic paintings!
The coffee you drink in the space surrounded by this art was exceptional! !

This is very easy to understand, I will take the trouble to go!
I was able to have a wonderful time! !

「Yotaro’s Food Travel Report」の時間です！！

今回のレポートでは、石川県の能登半島のお店を紹介します！
能登半島は、金沢から車で、2時間以上かかりました！！

行くのは大変でしたが、その分、素晴らしい出会いがありました！
そんな、思い出深い2つのお店を、紹介します！！

１．ふらっと

最初に訪れたのは「ふらっと」という、イタリアンレストランと民宿でした！
こちらでは、美味しいイタリア料理が食べられるのですが、今回は別の目的での訪問でした！！

それは能登の名産物である「いしり」を手に入れるためでした！
「いしり」は、魚から作られる醤油になります！！

能登は、素晴らしい発酵食品がたくさんあります！
しかし「ふらっとのいしり」は、群を抜いている美味しさと、聞いていました！

実際に味見してみましたが・・・
「塩辛さの中に、魚の旨味が凝縮されてる」という感想でした！

日本の発酵食品の素晴らしさを、大いに感じた一品でした！！

２．二三味珈琲

「ふらっと」を後にして、次にカフェに向かいました！
そのカフェは「二三味珈琲」になります！！

こちらのカフェは、全国的に有名なお店になります！
コーヒーファンが、全国から集結するカフェになります！！

あまりの人気のカフェなので、数年前に映画化までされました！
人気の秘密は、コーヒーの美味しさとカフェの雰囲気にありました！！

コーヒーは、定番の「二三味ブレンド」を注文しました！
苦味とコクのバランスが取れていて、とても飲みやすいコーヒーでした！！

また、バナナパフェも、気になったので、注文してみました！
バナナと、生クリーム、そしてキャラメルの組み合わせが、とても良くマッチしていました！！

これだけでも、素晴らしいのですが、店内には、アートな絵画が飾られていました！
このアートに囲まれた空間で飲むコーヒーは、格別でした！！

これは、わざわざ足を運ぶのも、とても分かりますね！
素晴らしいひと時を過ごすことができました！！
