Coconut vs Knife

Lately I started ordering fruits and vegetables directly from the farmer.

I was tempted to buy a whole coconut, clearly not realizing I don't have the tools for this nut cracking nut:

In the glass you can see the "milk" which is actually cocus oil.

And I think its safe to say the nut won the knife... but lost the war :)

Here is a trek to get a coconut open.
Useing the back edge of a knife,
Hit the coconut in the centre .make sure the heads of the coconut are faced horizontally 👍
