Mapo tofu is a delicious Chinese delicacy,here is the step for cooking it:
First, you need to mix marinade ingredients.
Marinate pork for about 20 minutes. Then cut the tofu into 0.5 inch square cubes, and drop them into boiling water for 3 minutes, after that , remove them from boiling water and drain.
The next step is to chop leek or green onions into short length and then heat wok and add oil. When oil is ready, add the marinated pork.
Thirdly, stir-fry pork until the color darkens, add salt and black beans.
Mash the beans with a cooking ladle until the beans blend in well with the meat.Then cook for 4 minutes.
While cooking, mix cornstarch,water,and soy sauce together. Add them to the wok and stir gently. Serve with ground pepper, the dish is done.
