One of my family favorite food is salmon fish with Doufu. I cook Chinese cuisine myself.
First, put 3 slices of ginger, half of spoon soy sauce (for fish), a spoonful Shaoxing wine, about 5 grams salt, 5 slices of garlic seed, 10 shallots with about 5-mm long, into a pan and mix together.
Second, cut the salmon fish into sections with about 3 cm long and 1 cm wide, about 300 grams in all, and then put the salmon fish sections into the pan and mix the above materials together.
Third, get a box of Doufu from the refrigerator and get off the cover.
After the above actions, iginite the gas stove to big fire, stir-fry, for about 30 seconds. And then adjust the gas stove to soft fire and cook it for about 2 minute with cover on the pan.
After that, put the Doufu into the pan and mix it with the salmon fish sections as well as other materials gentlely and cover the pan , cooking for 5 minutes.
Finally dish up and the task Salmon fish with Doufu is ready for you!
