I'm gonna keep watching your blog and when I get back to the states for a full week; I'll make one of your dishes for my folks and blog about it. Until then I'm hopping around these parts eating noodle soup and Green Curry! Tomorrow I fly from Luang Prabang Laos to Bangkok then take a bus and a ferry to the Island of Ko Samet. I plan to chill there for a week. Should be fun and relaxing. Will float around Thailand for two months then to Florida for a week then through South America. Como estas Idaho?
