How to cook delicious and healthy dish of chickpeas. Very simple recipe: 

soak chickpeas in hot water for 2-3 hours, to become soft.

mash with a blender

clean and grate carrot and onions

Mix mashed chickpeas, vegetables, salt and spices 

form patties, put them in the oiled form

place in oven for 20 minutes

and voilà

super interesting. especially because i can use my slow cooker chickpeas to go into this same day as i soak/warm them for making hummus the next day..

I like that you make chickpeas so easy. I think a lot of people are intimidated by them, unless they are already made into hummus, lol. I see a lot of hummus at potlucks, but it's usually bought, not home-made.
