. 6 chicken fillets.
. 1 onion.
. 1 red pepper.
. 1 green pepper.
. 8 flour tortillas can be corn or wheat.
. 1 teaspoon of cayenne powder.
. 1 teaspoon cumin.
. 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
. 1 teaspoon oregano.
. black pepper.
. olive oil.
. Salt.
preparation
. We cut chicken fillets into strips 0.5 cm wide.
. peel and cut the onion into thin strips.
. wash and cut the red and green peppers to strips 0.5 cm wide.
. in a large pan add a little olive oil over medium heat, and when hot add the chicken.
. we put salt to the chicken and add a spoonful of cumin, cayenne powder, garlic powder and oregano and toss the chicken around. We cook the chicken for 2 minutes.
. then add the peppers, add a little more oil and turn the chicken a couple of times and cook for 2 minutes.
. then add the onion and cook everything for 5 minutes.
. in another pan heat the tortillas.
. roll each tortilla with the filling for fajita.
