Mass:
•fresh strawberries 15 pcs
•white chocolate 50 g
•dark chocolate 100 g
•milk chocolate with whole nuts 50 g
•30% cream 200 ml
•baking cube Kasia 125 g
Preparation:
1.Add the crackers to the blender and mix. We dissolve the chocolate with Kasia in a water bath or in a microwave. Mix the mixed crackers into melted chocolate and mix well. Prepare the dough with a prepared mass and fill it with the grated form and put it in the fridge.
2.Then we prepare the mass. Pour the cream into a saucepan and heat it well. We do not cook. Download from the heat and throw the broken chocolate and Kasia, stirring vigorously.
3.Then take strawberries, remove the stalks and cut them in half. Take out the bottom of the refrigerator and pour the mass inside. Prepared strawberries put together gently pressing the cut into a mass and put in the fridge until it is concentrated. It tastes best the next day.
